This weekly yoga class is open to everyone and is designed to help you relax, stretch, and strengthen your body. Our instructor will guide you through various yoga postures, breathing exercises, and meditation techniques.
- When: Every Tuesday and Thursday
- Time: 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM
- Location: Community Center, Room 101
- Instructor: Sarah Lee
- Bring: Yoga mat, water, and comfortable clothing
